Daemonica is Gold

Meridian4 sends along their adventure game to gold status.
Publisher Meridian4 have announced that their upcoming adventure title, Daemonica, has gone gold. Daemonica is being described as an intriguing 3D interactive murder mystery that offers everything that adventure gamers appreciate: an immersive storyline with unexpected twists, extensive dialogues with believable, well-developed characters, puzzles, and both mandatory and optional quests to keep gameplay fresh for a long time.
Set in the medieval England it tells a story of Nicholas Farepoynt, an investigator who can talk to the dead. Put in the shoes of this detective with a dark talent, the player will explore the gloomy surroundings of the slowly dying city of Cavorn. As the player stalks through the streets they will have the opportunity to talk the townsfolk (both living and dead), fight and dish out some punishment to those who deserve it, and collect herbs and make potions to enhance one's senses. As the plot progresses the player's original quest to solve the murder of a young girl, begins to turn into something much bigger as the undead townspeople start to slip into insanity.
