New screens found alongside a detailed introduction to the strategy game's religion functions.
Some fans of Creative Assembly's Total War series of strategy games recently received an email newsletter containing new screens and details behind one of the major features of Medieval II: Total War (preview). That email newsletter has been reproduced online and is now available for general public viewing. The newsletter goes into some detail explaining the religion function in this next iteration of the strategy series, covering the five available religions and five factors which play a critical role in the development of religion: priests, heresy, the Pope, crusades, and jihads. In addition to the new details, SEGA published a series of new screenshots, reproduced below.
Medieval II: Total War is expected to be released later this year.
